SISTER'S CHRISTMAS CATECHISM
December 15 - 24, 2008
Sequel to Late Nite Catechism is a Comedy about Christmas
LAGUNA BEACH, CA –December 8, 2008 – Deck the halls with lots of laughter this holiday season when The Laguna Playhouse brings back the hit comedy Sister’s Christmas Catechism for 12 performances, December 15 – 24, 2008.
In this holiday-themed sequel to Late Nite Catechism, it’s time for “CSI: BETHLEHEM” as Sister tackles the question that has been puzzling historians throughout the ages: Whatever happened to the Magi's gold? Sister engages her audience to help solve the mystery through a forensic examination of the nativity scene as she hunts under the manger and over camel humps in her quest for clues.
Sister’s Christmas Catechism is the seasonal sequel to the long-running hits Late Nite Catechism and Late Nite Catechism 2, both of which were long-running Laguna Playhouse hits. Written (and often performed) by Maripat Donovan, the Late Nite series of plays have become theatrical staples at venues around the country.
Performances are at 7:30 p.m. every evening from December 15 - 24, with matinees on December 20 and 21 at 2 pm.
Tickets are $40 to $55 depending on seat location. To order tickets, call our box office at (949) 497-2787, ext. 1, log on to www.lagunaplayhouse.com, or visit the Laguna Playhouse box office at 606 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.
