January 6 - February 8, 2009 By Mark Brown based on the novel by Jules Verne. A wonderful stage adaptation of the famous adventurer Phineas Fogg and his wager that he can circumnavigate the globe in 80 days. |
February 17 - March 22, 2009 Book by Jeffrey Hatcher, conceived by Rob Rugiero and Dyke Garrison, musical arrangements by Danny Holgate. An exhilarating new musical that D.C. Theatre Scene calls “an upbeat and sassy production that channels the energy and pizzazz of legendary jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald.” |
March 31 - May 3, 2009 A World Premiere musical by Craig Bohmler, lyrics by Marion Adler (both of Gunmetal Blues and Enter The Guardsman) libretto by Marc Jacobs. A musical about the unusual people who frequent a plus-size consignment shop and their quest for love, self-respect and the deeper meaning of wearing someone else’s clothes.
