All audience members, without exception need a ticket to be admitted into the theater. No babies-in-arms are allowed into our performances.
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat and be able to sit quietly through the performance. When applicable, performance age appropriateness and content will be listed on the performance pages of our website.
Most performances do not have specially priced tickets for children. However, we do offer "Mellor tickets" for certain performances which allow audience members 21 and Under the opportunity to receive two tickets for free. Please check with the box office for more details and participating performances.
Occasionally we may allocate tickets through 3rd party websites. Playhouse tickets are also sometimes available through a Community Collaborator’s website. We cannot guarantee seating locations or seat requests for any tickets arranged through a 3rd party. Additionally, we are unable to exchange tickets purchased outside of the Laguna Playhouse Box Office. Laguna Playhouse is not responsible for any tickets purchased through a 3rd party.
Tickets are held at the box office for pick-up or mailed to you if ordered at least 21 days prior to the performance. We only mail tickets to U.S. addresses. All out-of-country tickets will be held at Will Call for pick-up.
We can reprint your tickets for you. Please call the Box Office at 949.497.2787 x1 and have your order confirmation ready. Please note that replacement tickets cannot be resent, they will be held at the box office for pick up and ID may be required.
We strive to make on-line ticket ordering as simple as possible.

Laguna Playhouse is pleased to be able to offer Open Caption performances.
What is Open Captioning?
Open Captioning displays the spoken word, sound effects, and any other audio portion of the production in text form. Captions appear on the captioning display in real-time synchronized to the action on-stage. Our Open Caption screen will be located on stage left, and a block of seats will be reserved specifically to accommodate our open caption patrons.
What shows and dates have Open Captioning available?
How can I buy a ticket for Open Captioning? Do I need a special ticket?
Special seating is reserved to provide the best sight line for those wishing to use this service. These reserved seats are only available through the Laguna Playhouse Box Office (949.497.2787). Just mention that you are interested in Open Captioning. You don’t need a special ticket, but you do need to tell the Box Office when you order your tickets that you wish to use Open Captioning so that they seat you in a place for good viewing of the screen.
Will I have to use a device or special equipment?
No equipment is required, just a seat in the Open Captioning viewing area.
Does a ticket for Open Captioning cost extra?
No. Tickets to sit in the Open Captioning section are the same price as all other seats.
Will there still be Assistive Listening Devices available?
Yes. We will still offer our listening devices.
I have more questions. Can I talk with someone about Open Captioning?
We’d love to talk with you more! Just call the Box Office at 949.497.2787 or send us an email at email@example.com.
